Shipping & Delivery

The majority of our products are shipped by FedEx Ground but on occasion smaller orders may be sent via the United States Post Office. Depending on the level of customization required to produce the products ordered, shipping will usually occur within 5 to 7 business days from the date of the order. Rush Orders

If you require an item by a certain date, please contact customer service at 877-329-0578 as soon as you place the order and inform them of the required date.

Free Preview Policy

All of our videos (DVDs only) are available for a FREE 30 day purchase consideration Preview. Choose any three video programs and try them FREE for 30 days. To qualify, submit a signed request on your organization's letterhead. At the end of the 30 days, simply keep the programs and pay the invoice or call your customer service representative for a Return Authorization.

Video Program Rights

Video programs may be shown to general audiences after purchase. For Broadcast Rights on cable or via over-the-air transmission, additional costs and written permission is required. Programs may not be duplicated. For Program Duplication Rights, additional costs and written permission is required. A Digital License is available for an additional cost. A Digital License includes the right to use programs with a digital media system within an organization. Contact your sales representative for further details.
